I was grateful for the reminder calls on my home and cellphones and for the estimated time of the technician's, Aaron, arrival. I very much appreciated that the Aaron wasn't pushing extra services or costs once he arrived at my home. (Past cleaners have done that and I hate it.) I loved that he put up a tarp to keep the cold air from coming in my front door. He made sure I was happy with the results and made sure to answer any questions that I had. Best of all, the final invoice was a few dollars cheaper than was originally quoted - what a deal! Now I only hope that you do not call my home every three-six months like other companies have done. I was happy with my experience and will definitely have you return to clean my upstairs carpets when we're ready! Thanks!
