Quick Phoned to say he would be there in 15 min and he was. Very professional and polite. Nick Kraemer explained that a stain could reappear and he returned a few days later for a stain that did reappear and successfully removed it. [ an old barbeque sauce spill] We can not say enough about the service.

The young man who came to our home was polite and informative. He seemed knowledgeable and he was quite thorough but there were a few sections of the family room carpet that we thought he could have gone over again. You can see a line where he went over some parts twice. They actually seem cleaner and we wish he'd done that everywhere. An area where our dog always lays came very clean and we were afraid it wouldn't so that was great. Overall we were very pleased.
