Less dirt..Smells Great

The carpets are cleaner and brighter. Even though the carpets are over 13 yrs. old the "walking paths" cleaned up very well.

To be clear, I am the contractor performing repair work, not the homeowner of this property. My intention as the contractor is to exceed the expectations of my clients. to that end, I continually seek professionals who are also perusing the same goals as I am.

My experience with Zerorez exceeded my expectations, and I'm not easy to please. That being said, my customers have the final say as to weather or not I have met, or exceeded, their expectations. My customer was amazed with the results Zreorez achieved in cleaning her carpet ! Stains she has not been able to remove you were able to remove with your special treatments and attention to detail. Zerorez is the ONLY carpet cleaning service I will use, and the only service I will recommend ! Well done !

Chris was very nice and explained the process well. He even got my wife to do the protective care. I do not care that you have a trip charge. I think you should be up front with the price that you advertise.

Extra Services offered but no pushy sales schtick which I hate and which most services deploy. Matt was very professional, efficient and with great customer connection. Will definitely use in the future and recommend.

Good thorough cleaning on my synthetic and wool carpets and removed unknown stains from white silk sofa that was 20 years old and had never been cleaned.

There weren't extra costs. The technician Robert was exceptional. Carpets are very clean and they dried fairly quickly, especially where Robert put the fan.

It doesn't leave behind the soap residue. I was impressed with their anti-pet smell product too, which so far is working. The workers were amazing in how much they explained, kept all costs up front, and I felt worked really hard to get my carpet clean.

After I got my carpets cleaned my house smelled clean and refreshed. Although I can still see the dirty spots in the high traffic areas the carpet looks much better that it did before they were cleaned. My stairs were the worst and they look so much better!

The guys were informative, not pushy. They seemed to be there to clean and not just to sell more product. And, the results were awesome. I will definitely use them again.
