There was no odor, and a fan was used to dry it quickly so I was not inconvenienced for long. This was important to me, as my husband's funeral is tomorrow and I needed to be able to get the furniture back in place before then. I also appreciated being able to get an appointment so quickly so I didn't have so much to think about at the last minute.
The gentleman that cleaned our carpets was very professional. He took the time to look over my carpet with me and answer my questions. He worked meticously to see that all areas were cleaned.

I like the process used. The guys who came to do the job were very friendly and professional. The carpet appeared to have cleaned up very well, however, after a couple of days some of the stains are noticeable again. The odor is gone however. I am wondering why the stains reappeared after they appeared to be completely gone.
Zerorez is as good in person as they say on the radio. I heard your ads on BOB-106-FM radio and they promised that you're better than the 'other' guys... and you are! Your two Technicians were polite and careful and I could tell that they really wanted to do a good job to make our home cleaner and nicer. My wife said it looked better than she expected!
The person that cleaned our carpets was very knowledgeable. I was actually embarrassed that he got on his hands and knees to smell our carpet stains. He did not push any products but was knowledgeable when asked about them. We will definitely request him next time. It was a much better experience than our first time with Zerorez which was still a great experience.
