I thought my service guy (Darnell) did a great job explaining what he was going to be doing, and he also answered all of my questions and was in general very professional. The results were wonderful as well, I just feel like my house is so much cleaner now.

Nathan, the technician, did a wonderful job explaining the process. He has a great amount of knowledge for carpet fibers which is borderline nerdy...who is he kidding totally nerdy. He was polite to my 5 year old who asked a ton of intersting questions and graciously declined when my 2 year old invited him to play with us the rest of the day. He did an excellent job on the carpets, and when there was some spot I found, he was quick to check it over again.
We had a little snafu, and he came back the following week to fix it with no questions asked. We had a wonderful experience with the cleaning of our carpets and the professional and friendly service from Nathan! The carpets are cleaner than ever and I couldn't be happier! Thank you!
Did job corrrectly
The cleaners were polite, helpful, and all around great guys. They did a great job on the house and helped move everything that needed it.
My only concern is that there is a stain I paid extra to remove in front of a bedroom door that didn't come out all the way. I didn't notice it when the floor was wet but now that it is dry I can see the stain.

Brian Dear was awesome. He did such a great job cleaning our carpet, love seat an ottoman. He was very respectful and thorough which we very much appreciated. We are very pleased with the results and love how soft the carpet is......no sticky residue.....LOVE that!!!
Our technician did a great job(Tony). Couldn't get a stain out, but our carpet is almost 16 years old. He was fast and friendly as well.
