This is the second time I have had your company out to clean my carpets. This time around I also had my vents cleaned. Doug was the service technician and he was very personable and explained very clearly what he was going to do. My carpet looks great now. I have a dog and your product was able to clean two areas on the rug that were very dirty from her laying in those two places.
Both times the service technicians have been very nice and arrived on time.

I like the non toxic nature of the product and spot removal capability. I especially liked the representatives who came to my home. Robert was extremely professional, had excellent communication skills, and was very concerned with customer satisfaction. He was training a new rep, Jaime and he, as well, was very professional and had a nice manner.

The technician was friendly and personable; he worked hard at stains and did a fantastic job. While my carpet was very dirty and there were stains that would not come out, he did put forth an extra "scrub" to give it a try. I am satisfied with the results.
