I never provide these feedbacks and I really don't care for service workers coming to my house. In the past I have had some terrible experiences - everything from having someone basically come and hang out all day and do nothing but ask me questions, to being asked out a date and later stalked. So this was a big deal to let someone in my home.

I just finished renting my home out for the past 3 years. I am soon returning to live there myself but needed to have the carpets cleaned as the house had a very bad smell.

Little did I know that the renter's 2 cats and 2 dogs had been using the my downstairs carpet as their own personal restroom. Robert conducted an analysis of the carpet. I was in total shock when he revealed the damage from all of the animal waste. He felt he could save me from having to purchase new carpets then proceeded to provide recommendations and advice about the overall situation. During this time he also arranged for your other employee Rob, to come to my house and they both cleaned the air ducts (all 26 of them!).

Robert was at our home for almost 11 hours yesterday. I repeatedly told him that I would let you know that he deserves a raise. And he does (Rob too). Workers like Robert and Rob for you are the face of your company. This type of worker is a rare find these days and you must treat him with the respect and dignity that he treats his customers and in turn, your company.

My entire family is so amazed at how hard these two guys worked. The were both friendly and at the same time very professional. Since Robert was at our home working so hard on those carpets, we felt he should stay and have supper with us but he needed to get home to his family. While we were continuing our cleanup today, more than a few times, one of us would say, "...oh yeah, Robert said to...."

He made a very embarrassing situation 2000% better. Please take good care of Robert and Rob because they make your company look awesome. Robert is a superstar. I will recommend anyone and everyone to use your company.

I really appreciate a cleaning business that doesn't utilize harsh chemicals to do the job.

The carpets are much less wet and don't smell when the cleaning is done and the carpets are just as clean as with other cleaners. Also, Kyle (the cleaner) was very friendly and accomodating.
