I was so impressed with the entire experience of getting our carpet clean. Our technician, Ryan, was so informative and did an awesome job. I couldn't believe how great our carpet looked and felt afterwards. Our house smelled fresh like oranges. Ryan did an excellent job of telling us what to expect, how the technology worked and what to do for future stains. We purchased the Zerorez solution and are excited to try it. This is the first time we have ever had our carpets cleaned, we will be making it a yearly tradition now. Thank you!

professional staff and workers. I think the price (which is not low - even the special) should include whatever it takes to get the carpet clean weather it involves special stain treatments or not. It is not fun to have to make on the spot (no pun intended) decisions about adding 30 + dollars to the process due to a recommended stain treatment... If you did this and changed your ads to say "this price includes everything it takes to get your carpets the cleanest they can be..." you would have even more customers and returning customers. I was impressed with the young man's customer service skills who cleaned my carpets - keep up the good employee training in that dept.!
