I was more than satisfied with the job you did on my sofa--it looks like new! As for the carpeting in the family room downstairs: My initial reaction was disappointment at the way it turned out. But after my daughter called your company, they promptly sent out their two representatives, who very courteously explained the process to my satisfaction & offered to completely redo it. This was unnecessary, however. They also left me a sample of your rug cleaner, with instructions on how to use it. The attitude of your reps zoomed my rating of the job right up to the top.
If an area wasn't able to be cleaned, the tech explained the issue and why there was a problem (example: makeup stain on carpet).

The entire procedure from scheduling to cleaning went very smoothly. The tech was extremely polite and helped me roll up 2 large area rugs which will be delivered in the next week. The carpeting had some stains but he was able to remove them. The entire house smelled fresh and clean. I will definitely use Zerorez again.

The cleaning of the carpet is excellent. Better than we have every had. The gentleman cleaned where we asked and even some extra places we didn't ask. He was professional and took his time to do well.
