the service professional, Daylon Hopkins, was friendly, considerate and professional. he explained the entire process understandably. The rugs are wool and he explained the issues around cleaning such a product. He was efficient is performing the task at hand, and conscious of other areas of the house. He cleaned up after and the process removed all the stains I had in the rugs.

Nick Pryor was a delight and a very hard worker. I like the email form of communication regarding appointments etc. All spots removed.
This is the second time I have had Zerorez out to clean my carpets. Setting up an appointment was a breeze, the customer service associate I spoke with on the phone was very nice and helpful. The technicians that came to my house were dressed professionally, and they explained all the optional treatments available to me. I appreciate the care they took to protect my house and walls. They immediately set to work and made my tired and dirty carpet look like new again.

On time, was surprised how clean the carpet was after cleaning. Two dogs and two cats can dirty carpet after five years but all signs of pets were gone after carpet was cleaned.

You've always been very professional and very nice and I have recommended you to some of our neighbors. Probably the only comment that I have to make is, the day you were here cleaning our carpet their was a trainee with the gentleman that was in charged. In one of the bedrooms that was being cleaned (we have baby furniture in that room for our newborn grandson). The trainee left some dirty rags on the changing table and on one of the shelves, when I lifted the rag off the shelf it had taken some of the stain off. I'm pretty sure it was from the rag because it wasn't like that before the guys got here. I know it's been a few weeks since the carpet was cleaned, I've been extremely busy (mainly because both of our grandson's live with us), and haven't gone thru all of my e-mails.
