The person who came to clean my parents carpet was friendly, professional. He took the time to explain in detail what he completed in the cleaning of my parents carpets, the results and asked if we had any questions. The carpets look great. My parents were very pleased. I would recommend ZeroRez to a friend or family memeber. We are looking into scheduling an appointment for our home as well with ZeroRez.

We had pet stains that I have tried to get out of our carpet for over ten years! Zeroez did what nothing else could do! The men who cleaned our carpets could have not been nicer!

Jose is the best service person I've worked with during our remodel this summer. He was good about communicating what would happen beforehand, about taking care to keep the walls free from hose marks, worked diligently to remove horrid stains (sorry, Jose) and was meticulous about the end results. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing carpet and/or upholstery cleaning. As for the results, the carpets look like new, and he was able to remove years of use from our two sofas and ottoman. The carpets are springy and fresh, unlike in the past when we've used chemically-based cleaning (professional and our own.) I will always use Zerorez from now on! And I threw out my home carpet cleaner, too.

Robert was great! Rick did a call back on Robert not because Robert's work was bad, but because some very strange new spots appeared (perhaps made by our wood floor refinisher). In any case, despite my certainty that I was going to have to get new carpet, Rick got the new spots out as well!!!

I will definitely recommend Zerorez!
