The tech Nathan Sorenson worked hard and the products he used took the dirt out of the carpet. I could see the difference. I'd had Coit out here a few years back- they guy shampoo'd the whole house in less than an hour and I couldn't see any difference. I will definitely recommend Zerorez and use them again myself!
