My carpet man suggested I use your services after he reinstalled my carpet after the 5 inches on rain in two hours( I did not know you has a service for that). The first contact on the phone was super. The services available and costs were clearly explained. An appointment was arranged for the day I desired. It was extra nice that my introduction to the company was a former student I had taught in 4th grade.. My service man came on time, was very knowledgable, cute, and competent. He made me aware of a problem I was not aware of when it can to my carpet. Sean cleaned and desmelled everything. The water damage smell and the pee(surprise, no one told me that had happened)) were done away with. the next time i need carpet cleaning I will call you. I have already recommended your company to three people and I will keep talking it up. I have run across several people who were aware of your company and had heard about it on TV or radio(I do not remember which). It turned out a cousins with my same name is in your computer for repeatedly using your service.
I was very impressed by our technician, Dylan. Dylan arrived promptly to our residence and completed the cleaning services within the exact time frame he estimated for us. He was very efficient and thorough in his set-up/tear down and in his cleaning. He had extensive knowledge of Zerorez products, and even offered additional tips to keep in mind when using the products on our own. The results from his cleaning services surpassed our expectations, and Dylan's professional and helpful demeanor only added to the great experience we had overall.
No chemicals,and carpet doesn't feel "crunchy" afterward. Stain treatment smelled fresh.
I loved how friendly the worker was and how much cleaner the carpet was when he got done and I was surprised at how much the cost was I thought it was going to be a lot more but I was very happy with the price :)
