There was a misunderstanding about moving furniture and I was disappointed that the area beneath my couch and love seat was not done. This was my first time using Zerorez and I would recommend this to anyone. What made my experience so much better then other carpet services, was the technication. He walked though all the steps with me and the process and even gave me pointers on taking out pet stains. I also bought the product and so far am satisfied! John was professional and easy to talk to about the carpets. It is really hard to find great customer service and it was spot on, and he showed up at 11, when most places would have been at the end of the time slot. I will use zerorez anytime I need my carpets done!

We thought the product was great - we are very pleased with the way our carpets look now. Our tech Greg was informative and did a nice job. We are even more pleased by the Customer Service we received from Reed and Rob after our initial service and some issues we had with a ink stain on the carpet that Rob came back out to work on as well as 2 stains on the driveway from the van during the initial clean. Reed acknowledged the concern with the driveway and had Rob come out to work on fixing it and to also address the ink stain. The ink stain is much better and although the driveway will need additional work we have been pleased with the timely response. Reed and Rob are both extremely professional and courteous. The customer service has been above and beyond and Reed has been active in keeping us updated on the resolution for the driveway! Thank you.

I have eight-year-old carpeting in two rooms and in another room the carpeting is ten years old. While I have cleaned the carpeting myself and thought it looked clean, the Zerorez cleaning is so much better. I am extremely happy with the outcome and would totally use this service again.
