Friendly, knowledgeable person who cleaned the carpet. Respectful of me and my house (was on time, used door cover and corner protectors, etc.) and did a very thorough cleaning of carpet and furniture. Worth the $ - carpet looks and smells clean and feels soft, like it originally did. Got everything that Zerorez promised. Thanks.

Terry Fahey, the technician who did the work was outstanding. He was friendly and unobtrusive and very prompt. I appreciated his explanations of what he was doing and the answers he gave to all my questions. Above all, he did an excellent job. I will definitely call Zerorez the next time I need my carpets cleaned. I would also like to have Mr.Fahey do the work at my home.

Everyone at Zerorez conducted themselves in a pleasant and professional manner. I liked that Zerorez told me upfront what to expect, so there were no surprises. Terron did a great job cleaning the carpets. He was knowledgeable, professional, and answered my questions. The carpets are clean and look fresh again. I will use Zerorez again in the future.
