To begin with, the technician was superb. He not only was an expert carpet cleaner but very personable and thorough in his explanations.. The carpets look wonderful. Even long time spots disappeared.

The reason we called Zerorez back was because of the pleasant demeanor and professionalism of the technician we had last time. Once again we had a technician who was knowledgeable, friendly, and pleasant. This tech's name was Brandon Mussehl. I also like not using shampoo.
My carpeting never looked better. Its the original carpet in a house built in 1984. I get it cleaned every year (Really should get new carpeting) this is the best it has looked in years. No sticky stiff like feeling after other companies have cleaned it.The carpet cleaner Ron Sissen was wonderful. He was very professional and worked really hard. I really appreciated his work. It made ny day!
