I feel Nathan did a great job and was very personable. There was no mess and steps taken to protect our property while the cleaning is going on is impressive. The carpet was dryer than any other cleaning service I have had and the fact that there is no shampoo residue left is very appealing. Our carpeting looks better than it has for some time and the traffic areas that were very bad are so much better it is hard to know where they are. Thank you and I will definitely have Zerorez when I need the carpet cleaned again.
