Did a great job on our old carpets with lots of puppy pee on them. :-) Left a good 'orange' smell and removed almost all the stains. Tristan the Service Tech was great and very enjoyable to have in our home.

She was friendly, patient, and very knowledgable about the products and service. The technicians, Andrew and Jordan, were very friendly, timely, respectful and knowledgeable too.
