I have recommended you to others. This time I was not as satisfied with the service regarding the pet problem areas. I was not home but my husband said the technician was only here about half an hour and that was no where near the amount of time the first technician spent on problem areas. I was much more satisfied the first time. I will be home in the future if I require service. In general I still prefer your procedure.

Your minimum is quite high. It discourages more often cleaning of a room or traffic area that gets especially soiled.

Good job and quick. However, next time I would request a fan to be brought to help dry the carpet. It took all day for my small fan to dry the carpet.

I thought everything about your product and gentleman that were out was fantastic. I jus wish that the gentleman that left his jacket at my home would come and get it soon. i have left it out on my door step for the last two days for him to pick it up.
