The time to clean the carpet and the drying time was much faster than we anticipated. Terry, the tech was very professional and helpful. The carpet was looking very dingy and I was doubtful that it would come clean, but it did beautifully.

It can't be easy trying to render services to the "active senior" co-op I live in. In spite of unforeseeable issues, Zerorez accommodated Summerhill's insistence that the entire building be completed in one day. The associate checked in with us during the afternoon to give us an estimate of the time he'd be back to do our carpets. He was friendly and polite. Even though your guys worked a really long day around a bunch of cranky old people whose major hobby is fault-finding, they did a terrific job on the carpets. And everything was dry by morning.

I liked that the cleaning tech, Jason, took care of the little things before beginning the cleaning. Going through everything with me and then placing corner protectors and placing a curtain in the door to keep as much heat out and cool air in our home while the big hoses were going through the doorway.
