Everythng was great, until the technican at the end had a problem adding the tip to the final bill. So, I paid him in cash and he stated that now he could buy lunch. I wasn't to pleased with that statement.

I really like that you don't use chemicals. The carpet looks just as clean as when I used another service. The technicians were pleasant, efficient and knowledgable. They gave me all of the information I needed and they completed the job quickly and effectively.
