Our carpets have never looked as nice as they do now that Zerorez cleaned them. We had rust spots that were on the carpet when we bought the house 9 years ago. My carpets are always very clean and dry quickly. You were very accomodating to our schedule. You did my house and my son's. We did not have furniture to move as the rooms were empty, so that was fine. My son, however, had furniture that should have been moved and placed on styrofoam, but the technician was alone, so he didn't move any of the furniture. That was disappointing.

Service-unbeatable! I called on a Friday afternoon, after we closed on our new house. I had not realized how bad the carpets were in our new place and just wanted them cleaned before we moved all our furniture in on Sunday. You had someone available! Our carpets look TERRIFIC and feel soft and clean...not crunchy and full of residue. This is my 2nd time using Zerorez and I am a believer! This time I had him do the deodorizer treatment and I don't think I will do that next time...extra cost, no noticeable difference. Overall-thrilled with customer service-thrilled with my clean carpets!
