Carpets look great! However, there was some confusion as to the cost per phone quote and what the tech was quoting me, I felt like he was trying to up sale me - didn't like that.

The technician (Adam) was very experienced and knowledgeable about cleaning and did a great job. Even after we'd tried a rented cleaner from a home supply store, Zerorez managed to get the carpet significantly cleaner; so much so that we don't have to replace it.
