The service guy was very friendly and did a great job cleaning the carpet. There were a couple spots that he said he was able to get lighter, but I couldn't even notice them any more once he was done.

The technician was upfront about the price. He went out of his way to make sure everything was done correctly and to our satisfaction before he left. The carpets are clean and like new again and it was great not to have that crunchy feeling after he was done. I think this company is great and have all ready told people what a great job they did! We will gladly use this service again.
