One issue. I called several weeks in advance since it was not an urgent situation.
I was told your crew would come between 8 and 6 I believe. More of a narrow window would be called to me 48 hours before. I understand having a window of 4-5 hours but not 8-10 hours when calling to make an appt. This means I need to leave a whole day open not just half a day.

I think you great on house stains and dog stains. Not cat and should be more assertive on telling the consumer up front that you will definitely not get them out. Leave out the"we can always try"

My carpet had a heavy traffic area that looked horrible. I was thinking of replacing the whole carpet because of it. After your technicians finished, I was amazed as to how good it looked. The dirt was removed and the carpet fluffed back up. I also like the fact that the process uses natural products. I am very happy and the gentlemen who cleaned my carpets were very nice and knowledgeable. I went back to work and told everyone what a good job Zerorez does.

they provided cleaning that helped get rid of cat smell.

The technicisn is always prompt and courteous. Always given a realistic level of expectation before they start and is always exceeded. Doesn't pack up until I've had a chance to inspect the work. High level of integrity.

The serviceman was very personable and did a great job! He did not pressure us to buy additional services, as I have experienced from other companies in the past. We were very happy with the outcome!
