I'm very happy with the entire experience! Once I called to set up an appointment, they were out in less than a week. They have great communication so I knew exactly what to expect. The only surprise I had, was that my carpet was so much cleaner and looked way better than I had expected! I only wish I would have called sooner!

We usually get our carpet cleaned every year just by a small business so we decided to have you do this. We are pleased at the difference it has made our carpets look almost new again. We had several pet stains and you really can't tell they are there. Also by are closet doors they had almost black marks over time and was never cleaned by other company. You can't tell there ever was any black lines. You can also tell they smell clean. I also was pleased with Owen he was very helpful and very efficient and thorough with getting the job done. He was very polite and was very careful which made me relieved that I did not have to stand over his shoulder to make sure nothing was in his way or could get broken. It really worked. I had terrible traffic areas and was thinking I had to replace my carpet. I tried cleaning it myself but it just didnt work. My carpet looks fabulous.

We had some issues(on our part)with setting up the date to clean and then when we did get a date set up we had to cancel at the last minute because the contractors were still in the house. I was not charged anything extra and was able to just set another date which worked out much better. The young man(Eric)who came to clean was very polite and friendly. He knew what he was doing and got right to work. The carpets looked great when he was done. Thank you so much. I will recommend your company to everyone.

The cleaning personnel explained everything and gave me estimates for all the areas to be covered and levels of service he could provide. He and his helper wore shoe socks to keep the carpet from getting dirty and were polite and helpful. After everything was completed, he asked if everything was to my satisfaction and he went over a couple of spots a second time. He tole me how long it would be for the carpet to dry.

Your company has knowledgeable employees that do a great job! I just love that they take care of my house the way I do. They wear booties when they come into the clean house from outside and put up corner protectors so their hoses don't mark up walls. I can't say enough about how good the carpets look. I'm sure I will be seeing the truck back in my neighborhood again soon!

Technician was incredibly informative, friendly, and did a great job.

Zerorez was able to get my carpets looking like new and even removed two stains in a room I didn't think would be possible and the carpet looks brand new. I could not be more impressed with Kyle and I think it was Jason's professionalism and timelyness and that they even wore protective shoes really made me impressed. I recommended to my cooworker she gives you a call and she is working on scheduling that for her home now too! I will only use Zerorez going forward as the Rug Doctor and other services leave gross crunchy stuff in the carpet.
