Our service tech, Jake Jones, was extremely personable (without being overly friendly). He noticed the tile floor in our bathroom was in need of some attention and told us he would give it a try. The result was a glistening, fresh floor with white grout. We just moved into this house and we thought the grout was actually gray!

Carpets didn't take long to dry

Treat your customers as adults. "Ben" (I think it was his name) took a quick look at our carpet and then spewed out a string of can't, won't, no guarantee, etc. etc. that made me wonder whether I had called a professional cleaning service. I KNOW the carpet is soiled. That's why I'd like it cleaned. When I complained to his manager, I was told he was just trying to "manage my expectations." Huh? Excuse me, but I called a professional cleaner which brags about its service and results and the first thing I have to deal with is how incapable the company is to do the job it promises to do? So here's what you can do. You can walk in to my house, look at the problem areas, tell me how you're going to address them, tell me that you'll do your ABSOLUTE BEST to get them clean. If there is a possibility your service isn't a success, you can tell me that, too, but not in a way that makes your company sound incompetent, unreliable, lazy, and lacking in customer service. Luckily, a more intelligent, service-oriented employee (Mark) showed up to clean my carpet and he managed to treat us like adults, demonstrate his and his company's service, work impressively hard, and make a real difference in the appearance of our carpet. If I were to rate Mark without taking Ben into account, I'd rate Mark a 10. If I recommend your company, it is with the caveat that someone like Ben might show up. If I were to rate Ben alone, it would be a zero rating.

Smelled clean

Excellent service, excellent technician, carpets looked great in spite of hard to get out pet stains. Carpet dried faster and was not crunchy. Furniture cleaned and freshened. It was quite pricy though, so I wouldn't be able to have the service done on a regular bases. Would love to have carpets cleaned every six months or once a year. However, I was very pleased with everything.
