When I called to set up the appointment the rep on the phone was very helpful in helping me figure out what the total cost would be.
The technician did a great job. He explained that he could pull back the carpet in one of the rooms to clean the underlying stain that may come back, but that it would be an additional cost.

Jeff walked the house with me so I could point out some concerns. He listened closely, asked questions, and I received exactly what I was promised and then some. This is the second time that you have cleaned our carpets, and I am even more pleased now than I was the last time. Everything went as smooth as possible from the scheduling to the reminder call and most especially absolutely excellent service from the tech, Robert McClury. I received the call of when he would arrive the day of my service, just as promised. He helped move some furniture items; showed me a stain that could not be lifted from the carpet, despite trying every product. He then helped put back in place some of the heavier items.
I think my neighbor will be giving you a call before the end of summer.
