I have very old carpet (27 years old; Cream-Colored Pile); I wasn't expecting miracles as it is worn in high traffic areas; However, Mr. Chris (The cleaning person that came; he said to identify him by dreadlocks so you would know which Chis)worked hard to get it as clean and as good-looking as it possibly could be in these high traffic areas; He repeatedly went over these areas; Also used a white rag to see if worn surfaces would come up grey on his white rag; I'm impressed; I wasn't expecting someone to work that hard at carpet that should be replaced. But not thinking now is the "right" time to do that with a 7-yr-old girl and twin 3-year-old boys (whose nicknames are "the tornadoe boys")and a Basset Hound Mix who slobbers. Hence the cleaning. I also liked that it wasn't a heavily perfumed cleaning smell afterwards during the time it took to dry; Low odor smell makes a difference to asthmatic mom and twins.

Steve was great! Showed up on time, very professional and friendly. I ended up adding services and purchasing products because of how well I feel the services worked. I am very pleased with the quality of our carpet. We are moving soon, and thought we would have to replace the carpet. We certainly won't have to do it now. Thanks for a great service. Again, Steve was excellent!

This was our second time using Zerorez and we absolutely LOVE them ! The best part is how quick they are, how friendly their staff is (Ryan and Jordan were so friendly and kind!), the amazing clean smell, and of course the best is how QUICKLY it dries! Zerorez is the best!!

Safe for pets and kids. Chemical free

They came, they worked and they left. Hardly knew they were here. The rugs were damp but dried by the next morning and it was almost 4PM when they left.

I appreciated the consideration of my time....the initial conversation included a timeline, set expectations, answered ignorant questions. The courtesy of the timeline was carried out through the info prior to and including the call from the service people.
Although I think I may have been misinformed about checking for mold, the lack of technicians to clarify if there is mold was not enough to deter me from having the work done. The technicians were courteous and considerate, as well as thorough, explaining each step. Good job!!! Thank you!!
