Have used zerorez for many years and am always amazed how great my carpets look after their services. No crusty carpet residue, no lingering smell, and very friendly and professional staff. i was very very fortunate to have the lead technician Chris and his trainee clean my carpets. They both did such a fantastic job that my 15 year old carpets looked new. I was informed of the spot cleaning products available. Zerorez is the only cleaning service I will ever use. Zerorez makes my home and my family very happy!!

Friendly service and quick....

Our technician (Gregory) was very friendly, and explained everything well. It was clear that he really likes his job and takes pride in his work. It is refreshing to see people who enjoy their work. Gregory also did a great job cleaning our large sectional. He explained each and every step of the processes. We honestly weren't expecting each and every dog drool stain to be removed from the couch, but the sectional looks amazing. We also appreciated, very much, the military discount.

We were very impressed by our technician. I believe his name was Patrick Daly. He was very knowledge about your products. Patrick was comfortable to have in our home. He was very mannerly, he shook our hands when introducing himself and he even thanked us for moving so much of the furniture out of the areas to be cleaned.

Liked that there was no damp smell or product odor after the cleaning. Only wished it were not so expensive...
