Great job! Tell the new guy to be a little more agressive with that machine. The experienced guy was right in there pushing and pulling hard, while the new guy was relaxed and just seemed to be pushing. That was my only beef. will repeat!

Everyone from person who sets appointments to technicians - especially techs - is a pleasure to deal with. Techs are polite, concerned about quality, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The two young men who recently came to my house are a credit to your company. There are endless numbers of people who claim to clean carpeting well. Most I've hired were not very good, and some were awful. This really is not a job just anyone can do. One other "green" company I hired may not have used bad chemicals, but my carpeting looked no different after they left than before they came.
