The Service man, Ryan, was great...very respectful; very knowledgeable; and the carpets seemed to have come out excellently, but I need to vacuum they to make sure. So far, they are spotless. Do not know much about the product. It seems great, but over time, I will be able to tell and even be more enthusiastic about my recommendation. So far, I would recommend your service above all others i have tried.

Brian was very professional and friendly and did a great job cleaning my carpet and furniture. I pointed out a spot on the carpet that had a few stains and he tried extra hard to get the stains out, which I appreciated. Everything looks much cleaner. It was pretty expensive, so price would be the only reason I wouldn't recommend Zerorez or go with Zerorez next time.
Also, the person I made the appointment with quoted me prices for my capret and couch and chair to be cleaned. When Brian came, he wasn't aware that I wanted the furniture cleaned. It wasn't on the invoice. It took him quite a bit longer than he anticipated because he wasn't aware of the furniture needing to be cleaned. Seemed like a lack of communication somehow from the person I initially talked to and made the appointment with, to the cleaning technician.

Just had the treatment done yesterday but so far we have been impressed by the young technician, Preston, and the chemical free process he used on the carpets.

Your carpet cleaning services are so good. You do what you say. That carpet looked new! Even my in-laws thought so! They removed pet stains from a puppy and an old cat, not to mention 2 little girls! Its never the invasive process carpet cleaning can be with those other companies.
