The crew did a good job of cleaning our carpets. However,there was an unnecessary amount of "over selling" the specific procedures and chemicals that were being used to deal with pet stains, etc.

I'm happy with the results, but I didn't need to be so involved in the whole process. I believe it's better to do the job and minimize the customer's need to know everything that's been done.

The carpet cleaning was fantastic. Got out all the ground in dirt, and no crunchy residue. It was quick, and the service person, Corey White, was very polite, efficient and on time.

I appreciate that Rick worked with us on some special spots. He is very professional. The house looks great and feels clean again. Zerorez is a great cleaning service.
