My carpet looks beautiful. I like the fact that there is no residue left on the carpet. Other carpet cleaners I have used left my carpet feeling sticky afterwards. It dried very fast, in a couple of hours. The service was quick and about two hours earlier than scheduled, which was wonderful. I received a phone call ahead of time to make sure it would be okay to come earlier. Excellent service.

We have been using zero rez for about 7 years now and love how clean our carpets get. We have had some pretty messy carpets from wine spills to trials of dirt in walk ways, each time we had zero rez come out our carpets look like new when they leave. The stain remover works well also.

I like the empowered water. The carpet feels really clean and it looks amazing. I also was pleased with the carpet "engineer" who cleaned my condo. He was polite, took the time to explain the product, was thorough and respectful.

My Zerorez associate was Terry. I was very impressed with his professionalism. He introduced himself and put out his hand when greeting me. As an elderly person that impressed me very much because younger people are much more loose in their introductions. He kept me informed what he was going to do and also ask what I expected. We discussed the estimate so there were no surprises. He also advised what he could do in areas that are more worn from age.

I was very pleased with the end results because my carpet is white and it is getting older. I thought he did an extraordinary job. I would highly recommend Zerorez to my friends and Terry.

He also spoke highly of what a great company Zerorez is to work for, that speak highly of the company itself. I feel a happy employee does a better job when he is respected as an employee and a human being.

Seems to clean pet stains better than any other companies.

Rick worked really hard to make sue I was satisfied with the job done . I was very pleased with the product and that it is a green clean because I have birds and they have a very sensitive respitory system. No harsh chemical smell. Just a clean smell. Thanks.

I liked the results very much. The softness of the carpet and no lingering chemical smell.
The thing I didn't expect was the person gave me the cleaning kit after he was finished,and told me how to use it. Didn't ask if I wanted to buy it, just left it and upon receiving our receipt on email found we were charged an additional $30 dollars. So what started out a special for $149.00 ended up being over $200, I didn't like that at all.
Your service person was very knowledgeable and very good, but not about buying your product.

Technician came in was courteous, did his job. Made sure work was satisfactory before leaving.
