I think you great on house stains and dog stains. Not cat and should be more assertive on telling the consumer up front that you will definitely not get them out. Leave out the"we can always try"

My carpet had a heavy traffic area that looked horrible. I was thinking of replacing the whole carpet because of it. After your technicians finished, I was amazed as to how good it looked. The dirt was removed and the carpet fluffed back up. I also like the fact that the process uses natural products. I am very happy and the gentlemen who cleaned my carpets were very nice and knowledgeable. I went back to work and told everyone what a good job Zerorez does.

Sean was very professional the whole time he was at our home. Every question we ask him, he knew the answer. We have used Zerorez before and we will continue to use them in the future. I have revered many people to you and not one of them have been disappointed

The technicisn is always prompt and courteous. Always given a realistic level of expectation before they start and is always exceeded. Doesn't pack up until I've had a chance to inspect the work. High level of integrity.

The serviceman was very personable and did a great job! He did not pressure us to buy additional services, as I have experienced from other companies in the past. We were very happy with the outcome!

Our carpet no longer smells like our dogs slobber! And he's a slobber monger! I noticed an immediate change in the smell of the house when I walked in. Our tech, Owen, was nice enough to clean and seal the grout too when this wasn't on our list for the day and it looks AWESOME! He was courteous and professional. I'd definitely use Zerorez again!
