Excellent service. The professional called a few minutes prior to arrival. Once at the house he did a nice job reviewing the rooms and confirming what I had discussed when making the appointment. No pressure to sell other services. He worked on the rooms and did a final review to explain what stains he found during the cleaning. Very nice process and experience. Plus, the carpet looks great.

Brian, our technician was great. Everything from making the appointment to the completion of service seemed to go quite seamlessly and professionally.

My carpet turned out fantastic. I could not have predicted that I would have such a good result. I did have a pet stain area that was not going to be able to be fully cleaned. The technicians were honest with me that it would not come out and if they continued to try to get it out, would be very expensive. I was happy with the results of my carpets, but the technician's honesty and professionalism in telling me that I would not get good results with the pet stain area and if I were to continue would be very expensive is why I will recommend Zerorez.

Nice hospitality. Friendly staff. Our stairs and two rooms smell great and really seem clean with no residual chemicals. I was going to replace the carpeting on the stairs but after cleaning they look like new.

Chris was wonderful. He explained the Zerorez process and also answered our questions. He did a great job cleaning our very soiled carpet. We were able to get our carpets cleaned on a Sunday. Excellent as that was the day that worked for us. Zerorez ROCKS!
