The technician, Dylan Culver, was outstanding ... he new every detail about the Zerorez system and shared it. We also appreciated the caution he took in protecting wall corners. My representative was very professional and very passionate in his quest to bring my carpet back to an acceptable level of cleanliness. He worked really hard and delivered everything he promised.

I like that thereis no detergent residue left in the carpet when you have finished the cleaning.

I like the 30-minute courtesy call prior to the person's arrival. Also, I liked how the person explained the process to me and was very careful, polite, and neat while in the house. He ran one of the hoses on the sidewalk so that it would burn the grass. I thought that was very thoughtful.

As for the product, the basement carpet looks so much better. He was able to get out the pop and rust stains. The only thing he couldn't get out were two small (less than an inch in diameter) herbal tea stains.

the technician who did the work was very pleasant to work with, the carpet looks great and it didn't take nearly as long to dry as we were expecting (the weather might have helped here too).
