I appreciated the thoroughness of the service, and cleaning technician Owen answering all my questions and explaining the process to me. I also appreciate the care taken by Owen of protecting wall surfaces, wearing shoe covers, and especially putting a cover over the door the entrance to the house after running hoses from the van through the front door to prevent air condtioning from running non-stop. Job well done!
