I was able to schedule someone just a couple days out, the guy came on time (actually he called and asked if he could come early, which was ideal), he was really friendly and efficient, and he cleaned our carpets thoroughly. He got out three stains on carpet in a house that we had just moved in to, so we didn't know what the stains were. Freshly cleaned carpet is really nice. Thank you very much!
