My carpet looks great and the stains actually came out - thank you! The technician was very courteous and thorough and asked me to check his work to ensure I was pleased.

Called ahead, came when promised and ON TIME. YEAH. Technician was courteous, considerate and answered all my questions. Was very clear on products. Paid attention to trouble spots on carpeting. Very little residual smell. Too bad they could not take care of the cat urine odor that just happened before they arrived. So I still need to get that resolved.

Your employees that come out to the house are very courteous and seem to be very knowledgeable. The fellow we had to clean the rugs seem to go beyond what he needed to try and do a good job and to make the rugs look good. He wasn't pushy on other products.
