Like the fact that you don't use chemicals for the final cleaning. I like that you're techs have been on time every time we've used your service.
If you could modify your service to give me a 3-4 hour window of when the tech would be at my house on the day I make the appointment (rather than waiting until a day or two before), I would give a 10 to the question above.

Very friendly employees and my carpet always feels clean and soft when finished. I also appreciate that when I had someone come out to look at a problem pet area, he was honest and told me that it would not be cost effective to have them treat the area. I'm thinking that most other companies would have just charged me to do it and hope for the best. I started using Zerorez a few years ago, and will never go back to "traditional" carpet cleaners!

Nice young man to do our carpet. No awful smelly carpet during or after. Did a good job on very old carpet.
Products work so well. Never a "crunchy" feeling to the carpet. The bio spray bottle really helps clean up pet accidents.

The customer service was great. They called me on the way out and when they were done. The carpet didn't come out as amazing as I was hoping, but the carpet was very old and has never been chemically maintained through the years, but for now it looks much better. It will probably have to be replaced soon. Thanks for the great service
