The technician was very friendly and professional. He was easy to work with. The carpets turned out very clean considering they were old and show signs of wear. I know in your ads you say you will not feel a crunchy feeling after the carpets have been cleaned. Well that is not true. At least for us it wasn't. But I'm still a satisfied customer and would recommend them.

They work! It's that simple. I had a chair covered in red wine and my Zerorez representative got every last mark GONE. The chair looks brand new.
