Forgot I had a appointment scheduled at the same time as zerorez was coming, called to change the day and they did some checking and was able to move my appointment up 2 hours to accommodate me. Awesome customer service and tech was friendly and responsive to my questions and requests.

I am in a crunch to get my mother's home on your market. I am so impressed how hard Zerorez worked to get me scheduled with very little notice.
Also their technician was professional, well educated in the process, their product and equipment, and a critical thinker in how to maneuver around a tightly spaced, 3rd floor condo. He was intelligent and respectful. Upon first coming into the home he assessed the situation with the carpet condition making certain to use/do only what was necessary and not charge me for what was not needed.
