The service people were friendly, polite, knowledgeable and professional! They did a great job explaining the process. We liked the before and after photos with the vent cleaning. Because of the great service, we felt like we got our money's worth.

We had amazing results on our very stained carpet - it looks like new again! They also did an excellent job cleaning our loveseat & recliner. Cleaning time/window was very accurate & we didn't have to wait. The technician called in advance & arrived on time & was very friendly & knowledgeable.

It was an easy process. The technicians were knowledgeable, kind, and explained what they would be doing in detail.

My one complaint is that I was given a 3 to 6 pm time slot. It was after six when the technicians arrived so there was no natural light in the areas to be cleaned. I did receive at least three calls to let me know they would be late--the calls were appreciated. i do understand all the reasons why a job can take extra time but I would not agree to be at the end of the day again.

Very professional, excellent attention to detail, friendly staff, great results. My only issue is when advertising prices, the non-optional $14 disposal fees is not included. Somewhat misleading when $139 really means $154 etc.
