Our carpets have never been this clean and we have only had Zerorez in our house for the last bunch of years. I don't know how she up sold us to spend double what we regularly due but she did and we could be happier. Honestly, our carpets look better than they have looked in 6 years.

The two times we have used Zerorez have proved wise. Good job, very competent employees, timely, and results have met or exceeded expectations. We have lived in carpeted homes in Bloomington, MN since 1966 - this our fourth home, and having used other carpet-cleaning companies, have been most satisfied with Zerorez.
Excellent carpet cleaning service
We had our air ducts cleaned for the first time and what a difference it has made. Got all that construction debris, dirt and dust out of the vents. Our furnace was also cleaned which was well overdue. We purchased the lifetime furnace filter from Zerorez to help ensure things keep running smoothly.
Our technician Reed was absolutely awesome! He explained the process and wasn't bothered by me hanging around making conversation. He is an all around great person and I highly recommend him coming to anyone's house to clean the air ducts etc...

Under promise, over deliver... overall very pleased with results. Estimated services were explained in detail before anything was done. The cleanliness professional checked in with me a few times during the process to make sure I was pleased and felt part of the process. The steps taken were well explained and demonstrated. Also felt the cost was fair for the service provided. When the total bill was given to the end, it is what I expected because it was communicated fully beforehand.
The workers were super! They went out of their way and above and beyond in explaining everything and doing extra to be helpful. Super nice!
