I like that the customer service staff are polite, professional and helpful. When you leave a message, they actually call you back in a timely manner. The carpet cleaning staff also provide a high level of customer service and do a great job explaining the work they do.

the clean smell of the cleaning product...carries over to a fresh smell in the house and it all ties into having the carpets cleaned by a professional.

I appreciated the tech checking over problem spot areas and recommending warranted services, such as biochemical cleaning for pet trouble spots. I like how quickly the process is completed and how quickly my carpet dried.

This is the third time I have used Zerorez - I love their way of cleaning carpet - with very little chemicals and no soapy products to collect dirt again. I had waited longer than usually to get my carpets cleaned and I was VERY impressed how well they were able to get out dirt and oil from my yellow lab with just their normal pretreating. I also paid for some extraction for pet accidents and was impressed with how well it turned out. I wasn't expecting perfection - but I think it is as close as it could get.
