Service Tech was very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. He took the time to explain his process and exactly what he would accomplish. He was also very careful moving in his equipment to not nick walls or furniture and also remove his shoes when entering our home.

Owen was a very conscientious technician and got out some old stains that others have tried to remove but were unsuccessful. He spent a lot of time here and the carpets look very good.
The only thing I don't like is how fast the add-ons add up......

The only reason I didn't give a 10 is because the spot cleaning solution they "gave" me at the end of the cleaning ended up being an additional $30 charge on my bill. I was just handed the spot cleaner and would have not purchased it if I had been told it was that much. We are selling the house and no one lives in it to make a new spot. My current home doesn't have carpet, so I really didn't need this product.
The service man was efficient, called ahead to say he would be early, and the carpet looked cleaner than the last time it was cleaned. Also, in about 16 hours or so it was completely dry. NIce job!

My Husband is a Building Inspector and was satisfied that Dustin knew what he was doing, which says a lot, Since my husband doesn't always trust people...
