The technician was very good at explaining the process he would use to clean, asked if there were any areas of concern, looked everything over before beginning, and in general did a really thorough job of cleaning the carpet and upholstery. I had been a little concerned about cleaning my sofa, but after it was done, it looked great and I wondered why I had waited so long. The cleaning helped to freshen my home after a busy holiday season--feels more like spring already!

Entire process was explained by Marcel before he began cleaning the carpet. The carpet turned out great. Marcel also provided recommendations on maintenance to keep the carpet looking like new.
