I liked it all. The carpets, the upholstery and the stairs. The young man who did the work was very professional. I especially appreciated the pickup and delivery (free) for my two area rugs.

He arrived on time and the carpets were cleaned in in a timely & efficient manner. Jeremy was very professional and friendly. He did a great job and we are very satisfied with the his work. We will definitely use Zerorez again and recommend it to others!

I have used you in the past always have been thrilled with the results. My service tech was friendly and knowledgable. I was a little surprised the didn't move the furniture back and didn't put the stirofoam blocks underneath the furinture.I was alittle surprised that it only took him 1 hours to complete all my rooms. Wondering if the high trackfic areas will soon look dirty. He seemed to have rushed through the job. He was very nice and professional.

I like the chemical free deep clean for my family!! I am how very disappointed as the total I was quoted over the phone was very different from what I paid by $100! I was not happy with that. The service techs did a great job though!
