We felt Dane and Dave were conscientious providing quality work because they cared and took pride in their job. Because they care and take pride they worked hard to clean our carpets and our sectional couch. It means a lot that both Dane and Dave cared about our home.

Juan was very professional and courteous. He explained how Zerorez is different from the other cleaning companies out there and how the chemicals work. I was originally just going to have one livingroom cleaned, but after seeing how much nicer Zerorez made the carpet look I ended up having my whole house done. Juan did not mind taking the extra time to clean the rest of the house for us. Today when I was moving furniture back into place I could not believe how nice our carpets turned out, they look brand new!

Jaime's professionalism and friendly presentation. He introduced himself upon arrival, and addressed us each by name when speaking to us. Nice. We reviewed the scope of work, and he went right to work. During the walk through Jaime explained what he did and even explained the limitations of the service he performed as they related to our carpet, traffic patterns, etc.

We'll look forward to using Zerorez again when needed, provided Jaime is the technician.
