Very informative about the products they were using when doing our carpet. Our carpet is 10 times better than what it was. Since, there was a minimum charge for a business and our office is small, they cleaned our small bathroom floor tile and the wiped around my vent above my desk. Great service overall.

The guys (one was 'in training') that cleaned the carpets were great! They were very personable and honest. I read a lot of reviews prior to my service saying that there were 'hidden charges'. I didn't find that to be the case at all. They discussed everything with me and told me my total before they even started. I would definitely use zerorez again!
