The associates have been friendly, courteous and do a great job on cleaning the carpets and the ducts. They always explain things before doing them and ask me if I have any questions before and after they are done.
Just feel with no chemicals going into the Carpet that this way is much more satisfying to not get that dirt back or, even just cleaned but dirt staying in the fibers of the carpeting.
The service was amazing. The carpets in my condo had never been this clean. The service provider was punctual, and even though there were some minor technical difficulties, she was very accommodating and efficient.
